Shipping Policy
We currently use Fastway Couriers to ship our product.
Every parcel is packed with the utmost care and leaves my home in perfect condition and I truly hope it arrives to you in good condition, however, once it leaves me, it is out of my hands.
Once the courier leaves me, it can take between 3-5 days to arrive to you.
I currently only operate in Ireland.
Regarding custom messages, I am not responsible for any typos or incorrect spellings made by the buyer, please message me immediately if you made an error while entering your details.
Returns Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the proof of purchasem nd you will be responsible for paying the carriage.
To start a return, you can contact us at ruth@earthmagi.ie. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you have received the wrong order.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
No item that has been used or opened can be returned. This is for hygiene reasons. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on items that have been on sale or gift vouchers.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. It might take a while for it to arrive to your bank account. The courier costs cannot be refunded.
