- Wash before use
- Lay the pack on a flat surface and apply 3 to 4 pumps of oil into the middle. Leave for 5 to 10 minutes to allow the oil to absorb into the cloth.
- Wrap the cloth on you body. Adjusting with straps to make sure it fits securely.
- Apply a heat source such as a hot water bottle. This will allow the castor oil to penetrate through to the deeper layers of the body.
- Suggested 20 to 30 minutes 3 to 4 times a week initially to ensure that you have no reaction. It is good to start with the liver and gallbladder. The liver is the major detox organ in the body and will be the processing house for all the chemicals and heavy metals that the castor oil will remove. It is very important that the phase one and phase two detoxification pathways are working sufficiently which is why it is best to start slowly and build up to one hour 4 to 5 times a week. Eventually, if all is well and you can tolerate it,you can go to bed leaving the pack on while you sleep.
